Senior Living Property Management Group
(8 Locations)
The Package: Expansion
From Disconnected Efforts To Scalable, Multi-Location Growth
Create a cohesive, scalable marketing system across eight senior living communities—while maintaining each property’s unique identity.
Prior to CXA, marketing efforts were fragmented across locations, lacked consistency, and placed heavy demands on internal teams without clear systems or strategy.
The Goal
The CXA Approach
We built a centralized marketing engine designed to support both brand consistency and property-level individuality.
Our team implemented a full-scale expansion strategy that included:
• Custom content creation for all 8 properties—tailored to each location’s audience, community, and offerings
• Development of SOPs to streamline marketing efforts and create repeatable, scalable systems
• Ongoing team trainings to align on brand standards, messaging, and execution across locations
• Management of all incoming creative requests from individual properties—removing operational bottlenecks
• Creation + implementation of quarterly themes to align all property initiatives.
• Full oversight of performance data, allowing for continuous optimization across all locations
• Beyond social, we expanded their marketing ecosystem by introducing:
• SMS marketing to create direct, real-time communication with prospects and families
• Internal email marketing newsletters to strengthen communication and alignment across teams
• External newsletters and monthly activities calendars for each property—enhancing resident experience while creating consistent, value-driven touchpoints
